Opportunities at Crow Canyon Archaeological Center

We strongly welcome applicants from populations historically underrepresented in anthropology, archaeology, and education, and/or who have experience working with diverse populations. We seek individuals who have significant experience in cultural competency, community education, and collaborative research with Indigenous communities and Tribal agencies, as well as those who have a strong interest in the diversification and decolonization of the disciplines of anthropology, archaeology, and education.

Full-Time; 40 Hours per week
Pay Range: $65K–$75K Salary

Seeking director-level professional to join our team in educating learners about the rich and vibrant Indigenous cultures of the southwest — past, present, and future. The Director of Education plans, develops, and administers innovative, multicultural, place-based experiential education programs and projects in archaeology, anthropology, history, and Indigenous studies for learners of all ages, including K–12 students, college students, teachers, and other adults.
