Structure Use

Use of the room is assumed to have been associated with the great kiva somehow. Only a very small portion of the floor or this room was exposed during testing. No artifacts were found on the small area of floor exposed; however, an olla with a corrugated neck and a Mesa Verde Black-on-white design on the body had been set into the floor. The presence of this unusual vessel may reflect special use of this room.

No evidence of roof beams was encountered, suggesting the roof was dismantled or it deteriorated naturally.

Room filled with collapsed wall debris and wind-and-water-deposited sediment.
