Structure 146, masonry surface structure
About this Structure
Central portion of site.
Central portion of Architectural Block 100; south-central portion of the great house; 489.4N 516.4E.
Structure 146 was most likely a living room. This inference is based on the presence of pottery and chipped stone on the structure floor (Surface 1).
Structure 146 fell out of use during the Early Pueblo III period. The primary beams were removed from the roof and the remaining construction sediments and secondary beams were collapsed directly on to the structure floor.
Natural wind and water sediments, as well as architectural debris, covered the roof sediments.
