Structure 110, nonmasonry surface room
About this Structure
Structure 110 is located in the northern portion of the site.
Structure 110 is northwest of oversized pithouse (Structures 101 and 103) and adjacent to the east side of Structure 116.
Structure 110 is a central room in a 30 m long, east-west running roomblock north of Oversized Pithouse 101-103. Structure 110 was constructed indepedentally from from the adjacent structures. The room is shallowly seated and larger than surrounding rooms suggesting that it may have served as an activity area rather than a storage facility.
A small amount of defacto refuse was left on the floor including groundstone, hammerstone, faunal bone, and pottery.
