General description
Partly disarticulated and scattered human remains of an adult male.
Use history
It is not clear what configuration the remains were in when they were deposited in this room. Most of the remains were found scattered, disarticulated, and damaged by unknown agents.
Associated features
An infant burial (Feature 2) also rests near floor in this room.
Excavation procedure
Removed the sediment around the remains with a variety of bamboo tools, dental picks, and brushes. Bones were described, mapped, and photographed in the field.

Structure 813, a great kiva peripheral room.
Vertical location
In fill just above the floor; fill included alluvial deposits, wall fall and roof fall.

General description
Formal burial of an infant.
Use history
After a small amount of roofing material had collapsed onto the floor of the room, these infant remains were placed (probably carefully) on the accumulated fill.
Associated features
Scattered, disarticulated remains of an adult male (HRO 24) also rest near the floor of Structure 813.
Excavation procedure
Removed the sediment around the remains with a variety of bamboo tools, dental picks, and brushes. Bones were described, mapped, and photographed in the field.
Portion excavated
Entire individual, although some elements were not exposed because they were covered by other bones and sediment.
Horizontal location
Adjacent to the southeast wall of Structure 813; between the south and east corners.
Vertical location
Rested in fill just above the floor.
