Raised-sill doorway.

Originally provided access between Structures 1503 and 1508. Later, deliberately plugged.

Construction
The sides of the doorway are constructed of masonry: there are four pecked blocks and six unpecked. The lintel is a sandstone slab, with some pecking. The sill is a sandstone slab, with some flaking.
Remodeling/ modification
Yes. Plugged with masonry. The lower half of the doorway was plugged with small stones, the upper half with blocks (some "set back," possibly indicating plugging from the other side). A tan, silty mortar was used in the masonry plugging.
