A possible tunnel opening was detected in an undercut portion of the west profile wall; the opening was given a feature number (1), but was not excavated.

In northwest corner of Structure 1037.
Vertical location
Bottom of tunnel opening is at Surface 1, or 98.62 m; top of tunnel opening is at approximately 99.37 m.
Construction
A tunnel of unknown shape and size was excavated into undisturbed native sediment; the opening into Structure 1037 was then lined with coursed masonry.
