Method and Sequence

Constructed northwest of, and adjacent to, the great kiva (Structure 800. The wall of the great kiva was used as the southeast wall of this room. This room was constructed as follows: (1) constructional fill was deposited, and adobe was placed on top of the fill to create the room floor; (2) the northwest wall was constructed, possibly in the same construction event as the northwest wall of Structure 809 and the north wall of Structure 807; (3) the southwest wall was constructed (nothing is known of the northeast wall because it was not exposed; (4) room was roofed.
